These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the SMAGOS online store.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

SMAGOS offers travel-inspired wall art, including push pin maps, scratch maps, posters and selected photo map products.

Product images, descriptions, sizes, display options, frame options and personalization options are shown on each product page.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and production materials.

  1. Personalized and custom-made products

Some SMAGOS products may include personalization or may be made according to the customer’s specific instructions.

Please check all personalization details carefully before placing your order. SMAGOS is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, such as incorrect names, dates, text or other personalization details.

Personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return under the standard right of withdrawal, unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

  1. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is accepted when payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing error, product availability issue, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information or other valid reason.

  1. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in euros (EUR).

Applicable taxes and delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

If delivery is made outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  1. Payment

Payment is made at checkout through the available payment methods shown on the website.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. SMAGOS does not store your full credit or debit card details on our website.

  1. Shipping and delivery

Delivery options and final shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

We currently offer:

Standard Delivery – Free
Express Delivery – 1–3 business days – €20.00

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier workload, product type, selected options, personalization and other circumstances outside our control.

Express delivery time starts after the order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier.

  1. Delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address at checkout.

SMAGOS is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

If you notice a mistake in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@smagos.eu.

  1. Returns and refunds

Consumers in the European Union may have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@smagos.eu before sending any item back.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned under the standard right of withdrawal, unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

  1. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@smagos.eu.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product, packaging and damage, if applicable

If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair, refund or another agreed solution.

  1. Product availability

We do our best to keep product availability accurate. However, some products, sizes, frames or options may become temporarily unavailable.

If an ordered product or option is unavailable, we will contact you and offer a suitable solution where possible.

  1. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, product images, designs, graphics, logos and branding, belongs to SMAGOS or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

  1. Limitation of liability

SMAGOS is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, delivery delays caused by carriers, customs delays or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that consumers have under applicable law.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

  1. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint about your order, please contact us first at sales@smagos.eu so we can try to resolve the issue.

We aim to respond to customer requests as quickly as possible.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority / Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba (VVTAT) for out-of-court dispute resolution.

  1. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
