We carefully prepare and pack every SMAGOS order to make sure your map, poster or wall art arrives safely.

Delivery options

We currently offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery – Free

Express Delivery – 1–3 business days – €20.00

The available delivery options and final shipping cost are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Standard delivery

Standard Delivery is available free of charge where shown at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier workload and other circumstances outside our control.

Express delivery

Express Delivery is available for €20.00.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Please note that express delivery time starts after the order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier.

Order processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing time may vary depending on the product type, selected options, personalization and order volume.

If your order includes personalized details, please make sure all information is correct before placing the order.

Delivery address

Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout.

SMAGOS is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

If you notice a mistake in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@smagos.eu.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, we will provide it by email after the order has been shipped.

Damaged packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product before discarding any materials.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@smagos.eu.

We will check the shipment status and assist you with the next steps.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
