What products do you sell?

SMAGOS offers travel-inspired wall art, including push pin maps, scratch maps, posters and selected photo map products.

Do your maps come framed?

Some products are available as framed and unframed options. Available display options are shown on each product page.

Do framed products include glass?

Most framed maps and posters are supplied without glass.

Photo map products are supplied with organic glass / acrylic glass where stated on the product page.

Are push pins included?

For push pin maps, 50 push pins are included free of charge where stated on the product page. You can choose the pin color from the available options.

Can I personalize my map?

Some products may include personalization options. If personalization is available, it will be shown on the product page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments through our secure payment provider.

The available payment methods are shown at checkout before you place your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Delivery is free where available at checkout.

Express Delivery is available for €20.00.

How long does Express Delivery take?

Express Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after the order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Can I return my order?

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you usually have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

Can personalized products be returned?

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned under the standard right of withdrawal, unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@smagos.eu.

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
